So over the weekend I met a young lady who works with local youth as a Garden Educator. Her name is Nora Brereton and I am following up with her to potentially join her for a class/event/planting. She is very-well versed in local agriculture and I am sure she would be happy to answer any questions you may have. I also got in contact with someone from the park conservatory and he said we could either look into habitat restoration (hands on, in the field) or we could do a Native Plant Nursery (less strenuous) or both. He said that it's past planting season, but I think we would learn a lot from doing either. Anyone have a strong desire one way or the other?
