Academy of science

My favorite of all : Planetarium show

Before we entered the planetarium, Jerry and I were talking about how we loved the planetarium in Taipei when we were kids. But after today, we both argee that the Morrison Planetarium show is the coolest one we have ever seen. The screen and projector made us feel like those beautiful stars are just in front of our eyes. It is very difficult to find such good conditions to maintain lives as our earth, if we run out of these precious resources, there is no other planet we can move to.

Variation & Natural Selection

Can you tell any differences between each of these ladybugs? Actually there is no any two individuals of any species. The difference will allow some of them live longer or produce more offspring. And the process called natural selection, also called evolution.

Living Roof

This special garden can absorb rainwater, reducing polluted runoff, and help beat the heat by keeping a building's rooftop and interior cool. It gave me some idea of Jerry's project, maybe he can find some new material to build on the roof to keep the building warm, so people in San Francisco don't need the heater anymore.
