I'll stop by the store on my way into town and photograph the buttons for you. You can control how much water flow out, because you turn the water flow on and off. The way that this system is set up though, they charge you .33 a gallon. BTW: I think Whole foods on California and Franklin has a water dispenser as well. If I remember right, it is a bit different. (it's in the back of the store, middle area) Check it out!
